Just a few announcements of a couple of events happening at Fusion:

1. Saturday, June 9th at 9:30am, I will be hosting a resistance

band training workshop. This is an excellent workshop for those of

that go away over the summer and want a quick and effective workout

that is easy to transport. I have tried putting a kettlebell in my

suitcase, it doesn't work so well : )

The cost of the workshop is $30, which includes a black or red

band (your choice).


2. The Warrior Dash (http://warriordash.com/)

The warrior dash is a crazy 3.2 mile race that has a ton of mud and

obstacles. Check out the course here -

The race is on Saturday, September 15th in Gilford, NH at the

Gunstock Mountain Resort.

I will be holding "Warrior Dash" classes starting in June/ July.

More information will be out next week
