Jen fixed my back pain!
I suffered from 2 herniated discs in my back, and was terrified I would never be able to exercise again. Then Jen Brickey entered the picture. Through a careful, thoughtful and unbelievably experienced manner, Jen led me through my fear of "it will hurt," and got me swinging a bell, amongst other exercises, with perfect form. Every step of the way she explains to me exactly how to perform a given exercise, and will not take her eyes off of me until my form is perfect, ensuring I will not hurt myself. She has helped increase my strength, stamina and flexibility. I am so grateful for her helping me feel pain-free in my body – Something I have not felt in years! I would recommend her to anyone, especially those of you with specific *ailments.* You won't believe the results!

I am a 53 year old woman who has been working with Jen for many years. She has helped me to become stronger then I have ever been in my life. Her energy, enthusiasm and dedication to her students is amazing. I am lucky enough to meet with her 2 x a week for small group training in addition to taking her classes. She watches over me like a hawk! And boy do I need it. With a bad back and several other injuries, she has taught me how to do things right. Kettlebell above the rest!
I started training with Jen a year ago. I wanted to get some tone and fitness back after not having trained for 7 years. (after having 2 young daughters)
Jen's knowledge of kettlebells is amazing, her ability to convey that knowledge and all the fine points needed to grasp it are so helpful. Jen's methods are safe, precise, challenging and encouraging – all qualities which produce results.
Jen will never allow you to pick up a kettlebell if you are not ready, safety always first, Jen will constantly guide you each week until you have it mastered.
I have never felt my core, arms, and glutes as hard as they are today, my husband is both impressed and envious at the same time!
I really enjoy coming to class each week, it's always fun, tough and ever changing, no chance of boredom in Jen's class.
