I have been training with Jen for years and continue to be amazed by her knowledge, energy and enthusiasm for what she does, she is just awesome! Jen’s bootcamp classes are intense, but I always feel incredible at the end of each one and leave ready to conquer the day. She mixes it up just enough with new exercises and equipment that every class is challenging and fun! When Jen first introduced me to kettlebells I wasn’t sure what to think, but I soon realized that with each exercise I was getting a really great and efficient full body workout. I feel strong and have so much more energy and I can’t believe how much of a workout I am getting in just 45 minutes, thanks Jen!!

I started working out with Jen in the summer of 2009 outdoors in Waban and became hooked immediately, still going religiously 4 times a week one year later.

Not being a fan of gymnasiums or coordinated enough for an aerobics class, I found this type of group training very motivating, fun and ever changing. No chance of boredom or monotony with these workouts. We never know what exercises to expect each day, which keeps it interesting, appealing and very effective!

Jen is very knowledgeable about bio-mechanics and great at letting you know if you are exercising using incorrect form and will suggest an alternative if you feel uncomfortable or are injured.

Jen also provides helpful nutritional tips specific to your individuals needs.

Even though the workout is tough, Jens sense of humor really makes the workout go by a little easier and the one about the walnut cracks me up every time!
